1. Booking and Reservations

By making a reservation at Skengo Inn Hotel, you agree to the terms specified herein. Reservations can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or authorized travel partners. A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message or email from our staff.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard Check-in time: 02:00 PM.
Standard Check-out time: 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be charged to the guest's account. As a family-oriented hotel, we maintain a strict policy against illegal activities on the premises.

5. Use of Amenities

The use of our swimming pool and lazy river is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from improper use of hotel facilities.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the local regulations of the Gilgit-Baltistan administration.
